ELISA研发经理(J10087)
工作职责
1、负责ELISA产品的市场调研和研发立项；
2、负责ELISA产品的研发、优化及转产工艺，包括原材料筛选、试剂配制、工艺流程优化、中试转化和质量改进工作；
3、配合产品经理与技术支持对ELISA产品线的产品进行资料整理与编写，配合解决市场推广与售前售后问题；
4、负责免疫检测新技术的引进和其它免疫相关产品的研发；
5、配合上级完成部门日常事务和人才培养的相关工作。
任职资格
1、免疫学、生物技术等生命科学相关专业，博士学历，或者硕士3-5年免疫学产品研发工作经验；
2、精通免疫学知识和实验，熟悉微量法、一步法或多因子检测技术，具备ELISA产品的开发能力；
3、有免疫学产品研发工作经验及研发团队管理经验，具有建立企业标准品和质控品的成功经验；
4、具备较强的研发动手能力，扎实的理论基础知识，创造性解决问题的能力突出，对所从事过的研究工作有深刻理解；
5、善于沟通、处事灵活，具有良好的协作能力；
6、具备较强的自我激励能力，保持强烈的事业心和责任感，能团结和激励团队。
