工作职责
1、流式抗体与相关检测试剂盒项目的立项、研发与改进；
2、协调处理流式产品线从研发到生产的相关问题的解决与推进；
3、配合产品经理与技术支持对流式产品线的产品进行资料整理与编写，配合解决市场推广与售前售后问题的解决；
4、流式细胞术相关培训与流式抗体研发与生产人才培养。
任职资格
1、 细胞生物学、免疫学、化学等相关专业，博士学历；
2、 精通免疫学知识和实验，有流式抗体研发或使用经验；
3、 热爱研发工作，勇于挑战，做事精益求精；
4、 乐于沟通，能很好地进行团队协作，有进取心和责任心；
5、 有良好的管理能力，能团结和激励团队。
