Is it possible to do only one labeling when the kit is to be used several times, but the sample is large?

Although the operation steps of ELISA are the same, the various influencing factors of each experiment are changed, so the standard curve must be re-made for each experiment to get more accurate and reliable detection results. If you need to do multiple experiments, the highest concentration of the standard after dissolution can be stored in -20℃ in separate packs to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, and used effectively within half a month.

What type of vacuum blood collection tube should be used to collect serum plasma samples?

Serum: blood collection tubes without anticoagulant / blood collection tubes with procoagulant. (Usually red, yellow, orange-capped tubes) Plasma: anticoagulant tubes. (usually green, purple-capped tubes) If the sample is collected and tested within 1 week, it can be stored at 2-8°C. If the sample cannot be tested in time, please dispense it in one-time use and freeze it at -20°C (for testing within 1 month) or -80°C (for testing within 3 months) to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Before testing, frozen samples should be slowly thawed and centrifuged to remove precipitates from the freeze-thaw process
