　　This video is a guide to the operation of the QuicKey ProTM ELISA kit (competition method) from Elabscience ®. Each step of the reaction is demonstrated so that the experimenter can better understand the process of the QuicKey ProTM ELISA experiment.

　　Principle of QuicKey ProTM ELISA (competition method).

　　An antigen is encapsulated on the ELISA plate, and a sample (or standard) and HRP enzyme conjugate (enzyme-labeled antibody) are added at the same time. During the experiment, the antigen in the sample (or standard) competes with the encapsulated antigen to bind the binding site on the enzyme-labeled antibody, forming an encapsulated antigen-enzyme-labeled antibody complex, and the free components are washed away. Add the chromogenic substrate (TMB), TMB appears blue under the catalyst of enzyme, and turns yellow after adding the termination solution, and measure the 0D value with the enzyme standard outside 450nm wavelength, and there is an inverse ratio between the antigen concentration and 00 value, and the concentration of antigen in the sample is calculated by discussing the standard curve made.
