　　This video is a guide to the operation of the QuicKey ProTM ELISA kit (Double Antibody Sandwich Method) from Elabscience ®. Each step of the reaction is demonstrated so that the experimenter can better understand the process of the QuicKev Pro TM ELISA experiment.

　　Principle of QuicKey ProTM ELISA (Double Antibody Sandwich Assay).

　　The sample (or standard) and the HRP enzyme conjugate (enzyme-labeled antibody) are added simultaneously by coating the enzyme plate with a specific antibody. During the experiment, the antigen in the sample (or standard) binds to the encapsulated antibody and the enzyme-labeled antibody, forming a complex of encapsulated antibody-antigen-enzyme-labeled antibody, and the free components are washed away. The chromogenic substrate (TMB) is added, and TMB is catalyzed by the enzyme to appear as a color and turns yellow after the addition of termination solution. The concentration of antigen in the sample was calculated by plotting the standard curve.
