　　Principle of the competition method.

　　An antigen is used to coat the dry ELISA plate, while a biotinylated specific antibody and a sample (standard) are added. The antigen in the sample or standard will compete with the coated antigen to bind the biotinylated specific piece of antibody during the experiment. Subsequently, the horseradish peroxidase-labeled affinity toxin is added, the free component is washed away, and the biotinylated specific antibodies bound to the encapsulated antigen as well as the sin and true form a plume-free complex, the free component is washed away, and the Pleiades substrate (TMB, TMB appears prochromatic when catalyzed by horseradish peroxidase and turns yellow after the addition of termination solution. The OD was measured by enzyme standard at 450nm, and the concentration of antigen was inversely proportional to the OD, and the concentration of antigen in the sample was calculated by plotting the standard curve.
