HTR2A agonists play a therapeutic role by restricting ILC2 activation in papain-induced lung inflammation

Reports of specific drug targets against group 2 innate lymph-like cells ((ILC2) in the lung are relatively rare. Earlier studies have shown that one can ameliorate papain-induced lung inflammation by inhibiting the activation of ILC2. In the present study, we found that HTR2A selective activator (DOI) can limit the activation of ILC2 and attenuate the ILC2-mediated type 2 immune response, whereas the small organelle with w-specific deletion of the HIR2A site produced no 00-mediated inhibition of 102s in papain-reading-induced small-needed capital therapy camphor phenotype, and the present study suggests that DOI can limit the type 2 pulmonary immune response, while acting on The drug target of HTR2A receptor on ST2+ILC2 may become a new therapeutic strategy for type 2 pneumonia.
